LKBEN11505: Howto find hardware information on your windows system


Symptom

You need to find info about CPU, RAM, HD, TPM, manufacturer and other hardware related information

Cause

This info e.g. secure boot, virtual secure mode, SLAT etc... can be important.

Solution

To find hardware information about your system while running windows, you can use the msinfo32 command.

Select run from the start menu and type msinfo32.

You will see information about your hardware, components and software.
