You need to create symbolic links.

Solution

To create symbolic links from files or directories use the tool MKLINK.

Parameters:
- Without any parameter a symbolic link to a file
- /D creates a symbolic link to a directory
- /H creates a hardlink to a file
- /J create a directoryjunktion (make the folder availible with a different name)
