Symptom
Es werden programme geblocked die ausgeführt werden müssen
Cause
Die Ursache liegt in der Konfiguration der Sicherheitseinstellungen von Windows-Sicherheit
Solution
Windows Sicherheit aufmachen. (siehe Bild unten)
Hier wird jetzt App und Browsersteuerung ausgewählt.
Auf dem Link bei Zuverlässigkeitsbasierter Schutz klicken und hier "Apps und Dateien überprüfen" deaktivieren.
Jetzt kann die benötigte Anwendung gestartet werden.
