Zwar kann man Statistiken über den DHCP Server per Rechtsklick in der MMC abrufen, diese sind für eine nähere Analyse, beispielsweise bei Fehlersituationen, nicht ausreichend.
Eine umfangreiche Logdatei wird jeden Tag abgelegt unter:
%systemroot%\system32\dhcp
Tip: man kann auf die Logs auch über das Netzwerk zugreifen. Beispiel:
\\lubbysrv\c$\WINDOWS\System32\dhcp\dhcpsrvlog-mon.log
