Solution
Desktop Icons bei Windows 10, die alle Benutzer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, befinden sich im Ordner: "c:\Users\Public\Desktop". Wenn hier etwas abgelegt wird, können alle Benutzer hierauf zugreifen. z.B. Das Microsoft Edge Icon wird hier angelegt als Verknüpfung.
