LKBEN11721: Where are my setting or preferences stored on MacOS?

You need to reset your preferences for your dock.

Solution
Most of your preferences are stored in your home folder. The preferences for your dock are stored in the following file:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
The ~/ is a shorthand for your home folder. (located under /Users/<username>)
