LKBEN11678: How to see my devices in Windows?

Symptom

You need to change the driver for a certain device.

Cause

Some devices need drivers from your manufacturer to function properly.

Solution

You can see your devices with the device manager. This tool can be started from the command line with:

devmgmt.msc

You can start device manager as user but you will not be able to make any changes. To make changes you need to start it with admin rights or be logged on as administrator.

Yellow exclamation marks can be signs of problems.

Have fun.
