LKBEN11636: How to disable the minimize and maximize button for a Qt Application?

Symptom

You need to make sure your application cannot be minimized.

Cause

Sometimes this might be better depending on the application.

Solution

When you want to eliminate the minimize and maximize possibility of your MainWindow, you can set some window flags. The following code can be used:

...
setWindowFlags(Qt::Dialog); //No minimize for the mainwindow
...

You can put it in the constructor of your MainWindow.

Have fun.
