LKBEN11601: Check code signing on MacOS.
Symptom
You need to check if an App is codesigned and who signed it on your Mac.
Cause
This is by design.
Solution
To find out who signed an Application, you can use the command codesign.
sudo codesign -dv --verbose=4 TheApp
Another possibility is to use a finder extension like "WhatsYourSign". If this tool is installed, you can use a right click on an Application and select "Signing Info".
This makes it easy to check the signing information.
