LKBEN11557: EnterpriseDesktopAppManagement CSP delivers error 60


You find error 60 in the registry from the computer. (see Solution for the registry entry)


This error means "Enforcement Failed". Everything different from 70 is bad.


In a subentry from the following registry key you can check the installation status of an MSI pushed from a UEM System on the computer:


This is used by Workspace ONE and Azure.

Here is a list of the errors which can occur:

Initialized     10
Download In Progress 20
Pending Download Retry 25
Download Failed  30
Download Completed 40
Pending User Session 48
Enforcement In Progress 50
Pending Enforcement Retry 55
Enforcement Failed 60
Enforcement Completed 70

You need the Status 70. If you do not find 70, you can uninstall the installed MSI by using the following command:

msiexec.exe /x {sfd-product-code}

The UEM System will reinstall the application.
