Symptom
You need to reboot your computer via cmd or powershell
Cause
Needed from time to time
Solution
To restart your computer via powershell, you can use the following command:
restart-computer
This can be done from a normal powershell, you do not need to start it as administrator.
Via cmd you can use
shutdown /r
Have fun.
