You need to copy the contents of a zip file to another location

Needed for automation
Solution
To copy and extract a zip file to a directory, you can use the Expand-Archive command.
Here we copy the contents of the OpenJDK file into a directory:
$targetDir = "C:\program files\OpenJDK"
Expand-Archive '.\openjdk-16.0.2_windows-x64_bin.zip' -DestinationPath $targetDir
