LKBEN11519: Create a directory or folder with powershell and check for existance first

You need to create a directory but test first if it exists

Can be very handy

To test for the existance of the folder, you use the Test-Path command. To Create the folder, you use New-Item.

## Test and create a directory
$targetDir = "C:\program files\testdir"
if(!(Test-Path $targetDir -PathType Container))
	New-Item -ItemType Directory -Force -Path $targetDir

Have fun.
