You need to enable winrm on a windows 10 or other device.


Needed to use remote administration


Logon to the machine and open a powershell as admin. Enter the following command:

winrm quickconfig

Now it should be possible to use:

enter-pssession <hostname>

to open a remote powershell on the machine.
