Symptom
to perform certain tasks with extended rights you can use the runas command. Explorer cannot be started in another context from right click menu
Cause
use the seperate switch in command line
Solution
When using Internet Explorer 7 or higher, its not possible any more to start another explorer windows with \"runas...\" from context menu.
Two solutions:
1) open command shell (\"CMD.EXE\") and enter:
runas /user:
2) logon as administrator, open Explorer, Menu Extras-->Folderoptions-->\"View\"-Tab:
check \"start folderwindow in seperate process\"
