Solution
You should be able to enable this via the BIOS. Following steps:
1. Start the VM
2. (Immediately) press shift+ESC to bring up the boot window
3. (Immediately) press DEL to enter the BIOS
4. Go to the boot order and select PXE for the 1st boot option.
5. Restart the VM
