You want to change the view of the shotcuts




Note: You dont have to delete the link-arrow. You should make them transparend


  1. Open the registry (regedit.exe)
  2. navigate to: "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Schell Icons"
  3. Create an entry "29" (REG_SZ) with the value "C:\Windows\system32\imageres.dll.-119"
  4. Reboot the system
