Symptom
You need some fast way to start explorer in a certain path.
Cause

Solution
1) For example create a new shortcurt on the desktop with the following parameter:
- Programm: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,"Drive+Directory"
- startdirectory: "Drive+Directory"
2) Name it "Explorer"
