Solution
This article has been testet with windows Vista with SP1
Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\find and delete the LegacyDisable value.
You might also want do this in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\find
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CompressedFolder\shell\find
Please note that HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is also called HKCR, just in case you want to check this on the internet. To revert to normal Vista you create the Key LegacyDisable as REG_SZ again.
