Symptom
You need to have a textfile with all dhcp scopes in it
Cause
none
Solution
You can use netsh to export all dhcp scopes. In this case the command has been executed on the dhcp server.
netsh dhcp server show scope > c:\temp\myscopes.txt
You will now find all the information in myscopes.txt
