Symptom
You need to add some mac addresses to configure an IP for them
Cause
Sometimes this is used for printers to always have the same ip address
Solution
You can use the netsh command to add a reserved ip to the dhcp server.
netsh dhcp server scope 10.10.10.0 add reservedip 10.10.10.20 0022920EF8F5 MyPC
This will add the mac address to the dhcp server and always get the same ip.
