You can write a little vbs script with the following contents:

Set oShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
sLogEntry = "Hello Lubby"
sLogEntry = sLogEntry & vbCrLf
oShell.LogEvent 4, sLogEntry
'The first parameter determines the type of entry.
'0 SUCCESS
'1 ERROR
'2 WARNING
'4 INFORMATION
'8 AUDIT_SUCCESS
'16 AUDIT_FAILURE
