A dns record has changed and is cached on the proxy server

This is by design

You can use the DNSTools.exe to do this. The DNSTools utility can be downloaded by Microsoft.

This displays the information about

"C:\Programme\Microsoft ISA Server\DNSTools.exe" /D /SN

and this one deletes the entry

"C:\Programme\Microsoft ISA Server\DNSTools.exe" /C /SN

To fush the whole cache you use the /C parameter only.
