Solution
To backup the configuration, the ranges, the reservation and all options of a DHCP Server you can use the netsh.exe command. e.g.
netsh dhcp server dump > c:AD-exportdhcp-export.txt
You can import this configuration with the following command:
netsh exec c:AD-exportdhcp-export.txt
netsh can be used with a remote server system to backup its information. For more information use the /? switch.
