On errors your windows wants to send microsoft an error reporting document

This is by design.

You can disable this behaviour with the following registry key:

hkey_local_machinesoftwaremicrosoftinternet explorermain

create a new dword named "iewatsonenabled" and set the value to 0 (null)

You can also use the control panel -> system -> error reporting.
