You do not want your autostart from CD
Cause
This is by design
Solution
For changing this behaviour in windows XP you need to change the following registry setting:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControleSet/Services/Cdrom/"
change "AutoRun" from "1" to "0".
