Solution
Windows erzeugt eine Logdatei \"netlogon.log\" unter %systemroot%\\debug.
Wenn Zusatzinformationen über den Netzwerkanmeldevorgang benötigit werden, sollte die o.g. Datei näher analysiert werden, hier werden bestimmte Probleme des Netzwerk Clients festgehalten.
Ein paar Beispielzeilen:

In diesem Fall kann man bspw. erkennen, dass einige PCs und sogar ein Server keine Site Spezifikation im Active Directory besitzen.
