Solution
Das Booten via PXE läßt sich über das BIOS einstellen. Folgende Schritte sind notwendig:
1. Starten der VM
2. Sofortiges drücken von shift+ESC zeigt das Bootfenster
3. Sofortiges drücken von DEL zum Anzeigen des BIOS
4. Gehe zur Boot-Reihenfolge und wähle PXE als 1ste Boot Option aus.
5. Die VM neu starten
