to perform certain tasks with extended rights you can use the runas command. Explorer cannot be started in another context from right click menu

use the seperate switch in command line

When using Internet Explorer 7 or higher, it's not possible any more to start another explorer windows with "runas..." from context menu.

Two solutions:

1) open command shell ("CMD.EXE") and enter:
runas /user:\ "explorer.exe /separate"
2) logon as administrator, open Explorer, Menu Extras-->Folderoptions-->"View"-Tab:
check "start folderwindow in seperate process"
