LWE10364 : Start Windows Explorer instance as administrator

Symptom:

to perform certain tasks with extended rights you can use the runas command. Explorer cannot be started in another context from right click menu

Cause:

use the seperate switch in command line

Solution:

When using Internet Explorer 7 or higher, it's not possible any more to start another explorer windows with "runas..." from context menu.

Two solutions:

1) open command shell ("CMD.EXE") and enter:
runas /user:\ "explorer.exe /separate"
2) logon as administrator, open Explorer, Menu Extras-->Folderoptions-->"View"-Tab:
check "start folderwindow in seperate process"
