LKBEN10915: Howto show your interfaces with the netsh command


Symptom

This can be usefull on a windows 2008 server core-installation

Cause

none

Solution

To show the interfaces you have you use

netsh interface show interface

Now you can see if your interface is active, the name of the interface and if it is plugged in or not.
