LKBEN10821: How to disable the saving of last window settings in Windows.

Symptom

Last setting in Windows has to be disabled

Cause

You do not want Windows to save the last window settings.

Solution

If you are closing a window, Windows is memorizing the size of the last window and opens new windows in the same size. If you don't want this behavior you have to change a registry key.

You have to search for the following entry "Hkey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer". Under this entry there has to been the key "NoSaveSettings".

If value of this key is 1 then the settings will be saved. If the key is 0 the the settings won't be saved.
