LKBEN10781: How to disable Printing Through Citrix Web Interface or Secure Gateway
Symptom
If you do not want anyone to print with applications accessed through Secure Gateway/Web Interface
Cause
CPMAllowed=off in WFClient section of template.ica on external Web Interface Server
Solution
Add
CPMAllowed=Off
to the WFClient section of the Template.ica file on the external-facing Web Interface server(s).
