LLE10066 : Howto delete whitespaces in lines with sed in a file

Symptom:

You need to delete lines with whitespaces with sed

Cause:

none

Solution:

You can use the following sed command to do the job:

sed '/^ $/d' filename

Please note the space between ^ and $ in the sed command!
