LLE10065 : Howto delete all newlines with vi in command mode

Symptom:

You need to delete newlines

Cause:

none

Solution:

You are using vi and need to delete newlines. Type the following in the command mode:

:%s/\n//g

If you need to delete all newlines with Summary on the next line and replace it with , (=comma) you can use the following:

:%s/\nSummary/,/g
