Modify Attachments under Outlook 2010

Solution

Following steps:

Open an existing mail with an attachement
Menü "File->Option->modify Ribbon" (not a perfect german translation)
Command "all commands"
Modify Ribbon -> Create a new Group (the name does not matter)
Insert the command "modify Message" in the new group
Commit the changes
