LKBEN10877: how to recover items that are "hard deleted" in Outlook

You need to recover items in outlook.
Cause

Solution
You have hard deleted (permanently deleted) items in Outlook (shift + del) and want to recover them.
Modify the Registry with the following example. After modifying, you can recover the deleten entries normaly under the Menu-Item "Extras->Recover deleted elements"
Example:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options]
"DumpsterAlwaysOn"=dword:00000001
