You would like to use the shell commands because they are easier and standardised

Solution
To use a shell command you can:
- use a command line and type: "explorer shell:<shellcommand>"
- Type Windows-R and type: "shell:<shellcommand>"
- Navigate to your run menu and type: "shell:<shellcommand>"
- type in your explorer: "shell:<shellcommand>"

from the commandline you need to add explorer in the front:
