Your cron jobs run every hour and should run more than hourly
This is a configuration
Please note that this will make a change which will run the jobs under cron.hourly every 15 minutes. Make shure you want this!
You can edit /etc/crontab and change the hourly line into:
15,30,45,59 <do not change the rest of the line>
Cron will notice the change automatically.
