Solution

Windows Mobile offers the possibility of a signature for each mail account.
Run the Inbox, then tap Menu, Tools, Options, Signature, then type your desired signature. Select to specify whether it is only for new mails or even when replying or forwarding of mails to be used.
You do not have to empty set at the beginning, this is by mail inbox automatically between text and signature set.

(german translation maybe wrong)
