You need to show an individual message during the Windows startup

Cause

Solution

If you want to show a personal message during the booting of Windows you have to edit the following registry keys:

For the caption of the message window:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\LegalNoticeCaption

For the messagetext:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\LegalNoticeText
