LKBEN10799: Windows 2008 R2 - how to disable the IE Enhanced Security Configuration

The security config is going on your nerves.

Solution
Deactivation has to be configured in the Server Manager:
- Server Manager-> Security Information-> Enhanced Security Configuration for IE
The configuration is for users and administrators separately adjustable.
