LKBEN10685: Howto configure a shortcut to help and support a user over a RDP connection
Symptom
You need to help a user, the user can accept or deny your help
Cause
none
Solution
You can copy and paste the following line and put it in a cmd or you can put it as a link on
a shortcut. Do not forget to change the username! This can be local account with Remote
Desktop permissions or a domain account which has the appropriate rights. (e.g. the domain
account has been added to the local group of administrators)
